Makes 4 servings
- ●9 fluid ounces Chameleon Cold Brew Espresso Roast, Black Unsweetened*
- ●1 pint organic vanilla ice cream
- ●2 tablespoons chocolate shavings (optional)
Warm Chameleon Cold Brew Espresso Roast, Black Unsweetened in a small saucepan. Remove from heat as soon as it reaches a light simmer.
Divide ice cream between 4 small mugs. Pour 2 ounces espresso over top of each.
Garnish with chocolate shavings, if using.
* If using our Chameleon Cold Brew Espresso Coffee Concentrate, use 6 fluid ounces mixed with 3 fluid ounces of water for a similar flavor profile.
Looking for ways to switch it up? Swap the vanilla ice cream for chocolate or pralines and cream. For a boozy twist, add a shot of Grand Marnier or Kahlua along with the espresso.
