- ●1 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
- ●1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
- ●1⁄4 cup coconut whipped cream
- ●STRAWBERRY PURÉE INGREDIENTS
- ●1⁄2 cup fresh strawberries, greens removed
- ●1 tablespoon agave
Make It
Step 1
Option to mix together Chameleon and agave, if you’re using.
Step 2
Pour Chameleon into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Step 3
To make strawberry purée, blend strawberries until smooth.
Step 4
Add strawberry purée to small pan with agave and simmer 3 – 5 minutes to thicken into a sauce, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 6
When Chameleon is frozen, blend in a high powered blender until it’s a texture you are happy with. Top with whipped cream and strawberry purée.
