- ●¼ cup cane sugar
- ●2 teaspoons baking powder
- ●½ teaspoon sea salt
- ●½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ●¼ cup vegan butter, cold
- ●¼ cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
- ●¼ cup oat milk
- ●¼ cup applesauce

- ●1⁄3 cup cane sugar
- ●1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
Make It
Step 1
For filling, whip together cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and vanilla until fluffy, then add in powdered sugar until thick and creamy.
Step 2
Place filling in a piping bag with a tip and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
For donut bites, combine the flour, 1/4 cup cane sugar, baking powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a large bowl.
Step 4
Cut in 1/4 cup butter using a fork until it resembles coarse crumbs then stir in Chameleon Cold-Brew, oat milk and applesauce.
Step 5
On a floured surface, knead dough until it forms a ball.
Step 6
Rip off about 2 teaspoons of dough and roll into a ball.
Step 7
Once all balls have been rolled, pipe 1 – 2 teaspoons of cream cheese filling into each ball then use a little water to pinch dough closed around filling. Refrigerate until ready to fry.
Step 8
In a large pot, heat up about 2 – 3 inches of oil until it reaches 350° F.
Step 9
While waiting, mix together 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/3 cup cane sugar in a dish.
Step 10
Once oil is hot, use a slotted spoon to gently place 4 – 6 bites into oil, then cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally, until the dough is no longer gooey.
Step 11
Remove bites from fryer and place on a paper towel to cool 5 – 10 seconds then roll the bites in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Step 12
Finish frying and rolling bites then enjoy with a glass of Chameleon Cold-Brew Gingersnap Oat Milk Latte.
