  • 1⁄2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons any flavor Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate
  • 1 large egg
  • 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chunks

Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

Cream together wet ingredients and sugars for one minute.

Step 3

Slowly add in dry ingredients until full incorporated.

Step 4

Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 5

Grease cookie sheet with butter.

Step 6

Spoon 8 equally spaced cookies onto your cookie sheet.

Step 7

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until edges are slightly darker and cookie bounces back when gently touched.

Step 8

Remove from oven and let cool.

Step 9

Serve with Chameleon Cold Brew or make into a mocha ice cream sandwich!
