Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3⁄4 cup coconut oil, softened
  • 1⁄2 cup Chameleon Mexican Cold-Brew On-The-Go
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
  • OPTIONAL CINNAMON-SUGAR MIX
  • 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Make It

Step 1

Using a mixer, cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar and coconut oil.

Step 2

Add in remaining ingredients except Cinnamon-Sugar Mix and mix until combined.

Step 3

Eat with a spoon or roll large spoonfulls of dough into balls with the option to roll each ball in Cinnamon-Sugar mix.

Step 4

Eat now or freeze until a craving hits!

Step 5

Or bake at 350° F for 10 – 12 minutes until bottoms are golden.
