Ingredients

Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F and line 9-inch-square pan with parchment.

Step 2

In a stand-mixer or with electric mixer, cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Mix in eggs and Chameleon Cold-Brew until smooth.

Step 4

Add flour, baking powder and salt and slowly mix until just combined.

Step 5

Stir in sprinkles by hand.

Step 6

Spread dough evenly into prepared pan and bake for 25 – 30 minutes until the edges are set.

Step 7

Remove from oven and let cool in pan.

Step 8

Meanwhile, in a stand-mixer or with electric mixer, cream butter and cream cheese until light and very fluffy.

Step 9

Add one cup of powdered sugar at a time until sugar is incorporated and frosting is whipped.

Step 10

Mix in Chameleon Cold-Brew, sea salt and food coloring until combined & your ideal color is reached.

Step 11

Pipe or spread the frosting onto cooled bars then top with more sprinkles and mini marshmallows.
