Makes 1 serving
- ●4 fluid ounces hot, brewed Chameleon “Churro” Flavored, Medium Roast coffee
- ●1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- ●1 fluid ounce mezcal
- ●Whipped cream to serve (optional)
Stir together coffee and sugar in a small mug until dissolved. Stir in mezcal.
To serve, top with whipped cream, if desired.
To make an iced version, stir 1 tablespoon water with 1 tablespoon brown sugar in a small pot. Bring to a boil then set aside to cool completely. In a rocks glass, stir 2 ounces of Chameleon “Churro” Cold Brew Concentrate with 2 ounces water and cooled syrup. Add one large ice cube then garnish with an orange peel. Serve immediately.
